Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Store Leader in Findlay, OH responsible for leading and developing teams, driving customer service, and managing store operations to achieve sales and profitability. This salaried, regular position emphasizes OBW service and community engagement.

The role focuses on mentoring associates, maintaining high standards, executing business plans, and supporting company initiatives while ensuring a positive customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years' of college; OR 1 year''s retail experience and 1 year''s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Models exceptional customer service standards following the One Best Way (OBW) service model and supports community initiatives.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales and shrink targets.
• Promotes a culture of belonging and develops qualified associates to meet staffing needs.

Education

2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience
