Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively through training and feedback to associates.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Supervises hourly associates, assigns duties, sets expectations and provides recognition.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning.
• Ensures compliance with Walmart policies, Open Door policy, and ethics and integrity standards.
