Walmart is seeking a store leadership role in Ozark, MO to guide teams, drive sales, and uphold customer service standards. You will lead, train, and mentor associates, implement company initiatives, and manage store operations through data-informed decisions.

The position emphasizes open communication, adherence to Walmart values, and continuous improvement to ensure a top-notch customer experience and strong financial results for the designated store area.

Competenze

2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
Strong customer service orientation and leadership experience.
Ability to supervise and develop hourly associates.

Lead and develop store teams, coach associates and provide feedback.
Communicate and implement OBW customer service standards and store initiatives.
Drive store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasts and expenses.
Ensure merchandising, seasonal transitions and inventory flow are well executed.
Coordinate with stakeholders to meet customer and business goals while maintaining open communication.
