Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training, feedback, and coaching to improve performance.
• Manages store operations, merchandising, budgeting, and customer service initiatives.
• Monitors sales performance and implements action plans to meet goals.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy.
• Develops and mentors hourly associates, setting clear expectations.
• Drives shrink control and inventory flow.
