Job summary

Walmart in Rome, GA seeks a store leader to drive sales, coach associates, and execute store operations with a customer-first service model, One Best Way. You’ll champion change, set clear expectations, and communicate objectives across all levels.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, budgeting and forecasting, merchandising, inventory, and process improvements to reduce shrink while achieving profit goals. Build belonging, mentor talent, and maintain high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Completion of Open Door trainings as required.
• Associates will attend company trainings (Academy) and adhere to policy.
• Must meet company standards for integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams; train and mentor associates.
• Drive sales, review PL, and manage budgeting and costs.
• Ensure excellent customer service and implement OBW.
• Coordinate merchandising, inventory flow, and shrink control.
