Qualifications

• 2 years’ college OR 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Prior supervisory and mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and mentor hourly associates; assign duties and set expectations.
• Promote belonging mindset and recruit qualified associates to meet staffing needs.
• Lead and develop teams; provide feedback and implement business solutions.
• Ensure customer service standards and handle escalations to improve experience.
• Oversee store operations, budgeting support, and adherence to policies.
