Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years' college or equivalent experience.
• 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience, or 2 years general work experience with 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training and mentoring.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments with stakeholders.
• Lead store operations, communicate company direction and drive store performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues following OBW standards.
• Promote a culture of belonging and integrity while managing budgets and inventory.
