Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leverage store reports to understand decisions and drive store performance.
• Identify performance opportunities and work with management to develop plans.
• Train staff on internal operational functions and policies.
• Ensure store branding, programs, and marketing initiatives are executed per company direction.
• Conduct regular store meetings and strive for exceptional customer experiences.
