You will partner with the management team to deliver on the customer promise and ensure a high standard of presentation and brand consistency. Responsibilities include staff recruitment support, training, leveraging store reports to drive decisions, and maintaining an engaging, inclusive environment that motivates the team to exceed

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in retail or sales experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to train staff on customer service expectations.
• Proficient with technology systems and POS.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.

Responsibilities
