Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
• Coach and develop store team to maximize performance.
• Ensure store is visually set to brand standards and marketing initiatives.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high Net Promoter Score.
• Lead regular store meetings and training to stay aligned with company directives.
