Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in New York to partner with the Store Manager in coaching the team and driving sales performance.

The role focuses on customer experience, operational excellence, and brand alignment, with duties including on-duty leadership, staff development, and daily store oversight. Responsibilities include coaching, staffing, and utilizing reports to improve performance, while maintaining an inclusive, engaging work environment and meeting company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Self-motivated, results oriented, strategic thinker.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in technology systems, POS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Inspire store team to achieve their best performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to meet sales, service and operational goals.
• Act as manager on duty and open/close store when scheduled.
• Execute initiatives to maximize growth and potential; leverage store reports to inform decisions.
• Create an engaged and inclusive store environment and communicate priorities to staff.
• Train store staff on internal operations and customer service standards.
• Ensure the store visuals align with brand standards and marketing initiatives.
