Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Support store merchandising and proper signage, pricing, and displays.
• Assist in inventory management including damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets and budget goals.
• Provide strong customer service leadership and maintain a safe store environment.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and cash handling controls.
• Maintain cash security, key control, and loss prevention measures.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the store manager.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and efficiency opportunities.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
