Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead and develop a large team and provide mentorship.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with effective feedback abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing operations (merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving).
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and model a positive, engaging environment.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
