Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of retail experience in a Store or District Manager role for dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team with strong interpersonal and follow-through skills.
• Strong leadership with collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making in diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and optimize inventory, pricing, and customer demographics.
• Focus on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through high standards of service and presentation.
