Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.
• Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing expenses across merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping and receiving.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Associates; provide ongoing development and feedback.
• Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives; contribute to succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention and store-efficiency programs.
