Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, managing expenses, and overseeing operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and scheduling.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role-model a positive culture.
• Communicate action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; provide input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets; coordinate loss prevention programs.
