Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong mentorship.

Responsabilidades

• Drive store performance by supporting sales, expenses, and key operations.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model.
• Communicate action plans for projects and store changes; input on succession planning.
• Implement strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets.
