Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as a Store or District Manager in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and motivate a large team.
• Proven track record in driving sales, controlling costs, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers; mentor future Store Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and provide insights on merchandising, inventory, pricing, and customer demographics.
• Focus on Loss Prevention and ensure compliance with programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and costs.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through high standards of service and compelling merchandise presentation.
