Job summary

SpartanNash Florence, KY is seeking a Store Manager to support the Store Director by ensuring all departments are fully staffed, trained, and operating efficiently while safeguarding profitability and safety standards.

You will oversee budgeting, payroll, inventory controls, vendor relations, and customer service, with prior retail grocery supervisory experience preferred and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Three years of experience in retail grocery with increasing levels of responsibility.
• One year of supervisory or lead role experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect all areas and provide feedback to department managers.
• Review reports, take action, and communicate information as needed.
• Engage in financial planning including budgeting, staffing/payroll, facility maintenance and upgrades.
• Train others to perform department activities and functions.
• Manage selection, scheduling, and supervision of staff.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
