Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at Panda Express. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community focused on your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to reach financial targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Training runs for 3+ weeks to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Ability to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Flexible schedule including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
