Panda Restaurant Group in Utah seeks an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store, oversee hiring, supervising of associates, and drive financial results while ensuring guests receive outstanding service. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma, must be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays; Serve Safe

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist store operations and guest experience for a single Panda Express location.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and excellent guest service.
• Provide leadership and participate in the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
