Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store and drive guest satisfaction. You will hire, train, and supervise team members while achieving financial goals and delivering a consistent guest experience.

A multi-week Store Leadership Training program supports your success. Candidates should have a high school diploma, be flexible to relocate within 50 miles, and be available for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks Store Leadership Training program to prepare for success.
