Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and supervise team members to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences, while participating in a multi-week leadership training program.

The role requires flexibility to work opening and closing shifts, weekends and holidays, with potential relocation within 50 miles. Serve Safe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Ensure store success and participate in a 3+ week leadership training program.
