Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a Panda Express store in Utah. You will hire, coach and direct team members to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. We provide 3+ weeks of leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide leadership training to prepare you for success and participate in the leadership development program.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
