Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule incl. opening/closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead the team to meet financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
