Leslie’s Poolmart, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store performance, uphold customer service standards and merchandising objectives. You will lead by example, train team members, and help manage store operations to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent or currently attending High School.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team and ability to train others.
• Willingness to complete required training within two months of hire.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans and expenses.
• Conduct water analyses and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the team.
• Identify and recruit new talent to join the team.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-friendly store environment.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including daily bank deposits.
