Job summary

Leslie’s pool supplies in Orlando is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store performance, customer service, and merchandising objectives. You will learn best practices to train and develop your team and lead by example.

You’ll partner with the General Manager on store operations, sales plans, payroll, and safety protocols while delivering a welcoming environment and growing both commercial and residential customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently attending High School.
• A valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Experience leading a team and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to learn store operations, sales plans, and P&L.
• Conduct water analysis and assist with repairs as needed.
• Increase commercial and residential sales and customer counts.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by the team.
• Identify and recruit new talent for the team.
• Maintain a welcoming store environment and assist with merchandising and inventory control.
• Handle opening/closing duties and daily bank deposits where required.
