Lids Sports Group, a leading licensed sports retailer, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for its Estero, FL location. This role focuses on driving sales, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team to meet store KPIs and maintain visual standards.

You will manage daily operations, train staff through LIDS programs, and ensure policy compliance while promoting a positive, energetic store environment.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations by acting as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is not present.
• Coach and train store personnel using LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Help ensure KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service are delivered.
