Lids, a leading licensed sports retailer, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Destin, FL area. You will lead daily operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to Lids standards.

This role supports growth, training, and a fun, inclusive store environment. You will own shift coverage, engage staff, manage stock and visual merchandising, and ensure a positive shopping experience for fans of all ages.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service.
• Ability to work independently and manage store operations when the Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling and customer issues.
• Lead training programs and develop store personnel.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, brand standards, and store procedures.
• Handle cash, tills, and daily reconciliations with accuracy.
• Open/close the store and prepare for inventory audits.
• Drive store KPI targets and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
