Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store and lead a team toward excellent guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, training and directing associates while driving toward financial goals.

A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for long-term success. We offer generous benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, paid time off and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve goals and guest experiences.
• Support a three-plus week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Uphold high standards of integrity and ethics and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and associates.
