Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales management experience in retail.

• Strong business acumen with ability to analyze data and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead on the sales floor and ensure the highest level of client service.
• Analyze store performance to identify trends and create action plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, creative, and operations to meet goals.
