Job summary

Hill House Home is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support our New Orleans retail team and help deliver exceptional client experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, coach staff, and maintain brand standards on daily operations and visual merchandising.

You’ll lead by example on the floor, engage with clients, manage scheduling in collaboration with the store leadership, and contribute to client development initiatives while upholding Hill House Home’s inclusive,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and motivation.
• Excellent collaboration and decision‑making under pressure.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, engaging with clients and achieving service and experience goals.
• Support Store Manager with daily operations, policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist in inventory control, stock levels, deliveries, and restocking procedures.
• Supervise, train, and motivate retail staff; assist with scheduling and performance reviews.
