You will balance customer service with operations, training new hires, and ensuring merchandising and attendance align with company expectations. This role emphasizes performance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and leading a team.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Resolve customer issues and mentor team members on sales techniques.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress with the store team.
• Provide training to improve selling skills and performance.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, and reporting of sales data.
• Ensure merchandise presentation and planogram compliance; handle opening/closing activities.
