Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Hawaii to lead a sales team, coach associates, and drive excellent customer experiences in-store. You will own daily performance, manage operations, and partner with the General Manager to achieve store targets.

The role rewards leadership with a base pay of $20.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions and a monthly store bonus, plus benefits and incentive programs designed to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Talent management — Selecting, hiring, and developing the best talent.
• Lead training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Identify skill gaps and create development plans to hit sales metrics.
• Own store numbers and lead the store's commitments.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, and compliance.
