Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, An Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Store Manager who owns the location, leads from the floor, and drives customer experience, sales results, and team development daily. You’ll shape the culture, coach a team, and take accountability for performance.

Wireless experience helps, but leadership, operations, and genuine ownership matter most. You will hire, coach, schedule, review data, and represent BLW at events to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure
• Bonus points for wireless or telecom industry experience
• Bonus points for bilingual skills

Responsibilities

• Your store. Your team. Your results. The Store Leader owns all three.
• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end
• Sell alongside your team and uphold the customer experience standard on every shift
• Support hiring efforts as needed and help identify talent that fits the BLW culture
• Support formal onboarding and develop your team daily through real time coaching on the floor
• Review sales data regularly, spot gaps, and act on them before they become patterns
• Balance the store schedule to ensure coverage, fairness, and operational efficiency
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and a genuine commitment to resolution
• Ensure full compliance with BLW policies, training standards, and operational procedures
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to build brand loyalty and grow the customer base
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Availability to work at additional locations as business needs require
