Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Store Manager to own the frontline operations. You will lead from the floor, coach a team, and drive sales while delivering excellent customer experiences. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience on every shift
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits BLW culture
• On the floor coaching and real time skill transfer
• Review sales data, spot gaps, and act before they become patterns
• Balance store schedules for coverage and efficiency
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures
• Represent BLW at community and offsite events to grow the customer base
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
