Job summary

Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, seeks a Store Manager to own a dynamic retail location, lead the floor team, and drive exceptional customer experiences. You are hands-on, accountable for outcomes, and focused on growth and results.

You will hire, coach, and schedule, analyze sales data, and ensure policy compliance. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of retail sales experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside the team and uphold customer experience on every shift.
• Support hiring efforts and help identify talent that fits the BLW culture.
• Onboard and coach team daily with on-the-floor training.
• Review sales data, spot gaps, and address patterns.
• Balance the store schedule for coverage and fairness.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and resolve.
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures.
• Represent BLW at community events and grow the customer base.
• Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
