Blue Link Wireless, an Authorized Retailer of AT&T, is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and your team on the floor. This full-time role offers base pay plus commission and store performance incentives.

You will own all three: the store, your team, and your results. You lead from the front, onboard and coach your staff, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail sales experience
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communicator, written and verbal
• High energy, organized, and calm under pressure
• Wireless or telecom industry experience
• Experience building or rebuilding a team culture
• Track record of developing team members into leadership roles

Responsabilités

• Lead daily, weekly, and monthly store operations end to end.
• Sell alongside your team and uphold customer experience standards on every shift.
• Support hiring efforts and identify talent that fits the BLW culture.
• Onboard and develop your team daily through real-time coaching on the floor.
• Review sales data, spot gaps, and act before patterns form.
• Balance store schedules to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Handle customer escalations professionally and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with BLW policies and procedures.
• Represent BLW at community events to grow the customer base.
