J.Crew Group (JCG) is seeking an Associate Manager to join the leadership team. You will drive profitability by fostering customer connections, brand loyalty, and community engagement while coaching and developing the team.

You will own a division, support recruiting and training, and collaborate with the Store Director to maintain operational excellence and outstanding service across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-time retail management experience with a similar scope.
• Passionately support our brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty.
• Scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Director to act as a shared business owner and maximize profitability.
• Own your designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology with accountability.
• Support Store Director with recruiting, training and development.
• Partner with Store Director to create a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team exceeds goals and provides best-in-class customer service.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Step into various sales floor roles if needed.
