7-Eleven is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager in New Jersey to join a dynamic store leadership team. You will supervise staff, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to store performance alongside the Store Leader.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, merchandising execution, cash handling, and promoting the loyalty program while maintaining a clean, safe environment. This is a full-time role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership with Store Leader for all store employees.
• Identify qualified applicants, develop leaders, empower employees and boost retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling and fuel transactions; promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service and coaching initiatives alongside the Store Leader.
• Support staffing and succession planning to strengthen store leadership.
• Assist in executing merchandising and marketing plans and promotions.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and fuel transactions; drive loyalty enrollment.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards and a clean store appearance.
