The role emphasizes internal advancement, hands-on training, and a focus on executing merchandising and marketing programs while maintaining safe, clean store operations and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Oversee and support customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Develop and mentor store staff to improve performance and retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrate cash handling and fuel transaction proficiency.
• Maintain clean, safe, presentable store standards in compliance with health guidelines.
