7-Eleven is hiring a Store Leader Trainee to join our Chattanooga team. You will support store operations, supervise team members, coach staff, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role includes merchandising, marketing program execution, and promoting our rewards loyalty program.

The successful candidate will participate in training programs, work with store leadership, and help drive store profitability while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail management experience a plus.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for store staff.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Use store reports and P&L data to drive improvements and profitability.
