Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. in Tennessee is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will partner with assistants to execute merchandising, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.

The role emphasizes coaching, talent development, cost control, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards. Prior supervisory retail experience and a high school diploma are preferred; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Supervisory retail experience is preferred and a track record of leading teams.
• Ability to drive customer service excellence and store performance.
• Familiarity with basic P&L concepts and merchandising plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor store employees to deliver outstanding service.
• Lead merchandising and marketing programs to grow sales and profitability.
• Use store reports to identify opportunities and implement improvements.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health standards.
