Job summary

7-Eleven seeks an energetic Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Tennessee. This role offers hands-on management experience, training, and opportunities to advance within a strong promote-from-within culture.

Qualifications

• Oversee and coach store employees with the Store Leader.
• Help maintain high retention by promoting from within and developing leaders.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
