The role focuses on coaching staff, improving customer service, merchandising execution and driving loyalty programs. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for advancement. Ohio-based location requiring a valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
