Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise staff, coach team members, and ensure excellent customer service while driving sales and merchandising execution.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Strong focus on high retention by hiring and developing leadership.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure stock levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and valid auto liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
