7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Houston to join a dynamic management team. You will lead store operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while driving profitability and in-store programs.

Candidate will oversee merchandising, handle cash and fuel transactions, and use store metrics to implement improvements. A strong leader with retail experience and solid communication skills is preferred.

• Strong customer service and staff coaching skills.
• Experience using store reports and P&L data.
• Ability to multi-task and lead a team.
