Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead store operations in Mission, Texas. You will oversee merchandising, training, and staff development while driving profitability and exceptional customer service. This role supports a team-focused environment and emphasizes safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

The Store Manager will manage payroll, inventory, and promotions, partnering with corporate programs to deliver outstanding results in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid Driver's License and auto insurance during employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising and marketing initiatives to drive profitability.
• Develop the store team through training and coaching.
• Provide exceptional customer service leadership across the store.
• Oversee and analyze P&L and store reports to inform decisions.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure products are in-stock.
