7-Eleven is hiring a Store Leader Trainee in Memphis to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader and assistants to drive merchandising initiatives, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers on-the-job training, internal advancement opportunities, and a focus on developing leadership skills, with exposure to P&L, cash handling, and loyalty programs while ensuring a safe, clean store.

Qualifications

• Must oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Experience in merchandising and marketing program execution.
• Ability to analyze store reports and P&L to drive improvements.
• Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee merchandising, marketing initiatives, and daily operations.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
