Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Clarksville, TN area to join the store leadership team. You will oversee staff, coach for performance, and drive merchandising and promotional programs while maintaining strong customer service.

A high school diploma or GED is preferred and prior retail management experience is a plus. Role involves leading a team, managing cash handling, and promoting loyalty rewards in a fast-paced environment.
